Job Description
Mamba Magnate Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Instore Promoter to join our team in Secunda, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services within retail stores, engaging with customers, and driving sales.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.Create a positive image and lead consumers to use our products.Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc. to source new sales opportunities.Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.Report on demonstration-related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.).Requirements:Grade 12Track record of over-achieving quota.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.No work experience needed.Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store to engage with customers.Join our team and help us make a significant impact by promoting our exceptional products and services!
