Working hours: According to store trading hours, you may be required to work 6 days a week according to a shift roster. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Assist customers with their purchasing decisions and product information. Make customers feel welcome by always being friendly and polite. Inform customers of specials Answer and attend to customer queries and complaints Cash register and purchase management Process purchases correctly Process daily-cash ups Inventory control and Stock Management: Monitoring and counting stock to ensure first stock in is first stock out. Confirm that stock received from suppliers is correct and all paperwork is completed. Handle product returns according to our procedures. Make sure that merchandise displays are meticulously organised at all times. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in the pet industry is a must. Willing to work retail hours Excellent customer service and sales skills Positive attitude Attention to detail Great communication and organizational skills
