Job Description


A leading organization is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6 to 12-month contract to create and develop engaging e-learning content and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, digital learning technologies, and project management.Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in instructional design and content development.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE or other instructional design models.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative and innovative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
  • Implement instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, and apply adult learning theories.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into engaging learning materials.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user testing to ensure content effectiveness.
  • Develop training materials, guides, and multimedia elements.
  • Stay updated with learning technologies and industry trends.
