Job Summary The Short-Term Insurance Administrator (Sales Support) will assist the short-term Insurance Broker in the sales process, helping to achieve monthly targets and grow the client base.
This role is focused on providing administrative and sales support, including preparing quotes, processing new policy applications, and managing leads.
The position does not involve servicing existing clients or handling claims.Remuneration

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role within the insurance industry : Short term experience is preferred.
Familiarity with short-term insurance products, sales processes, and industry regulations.Sales Support
Assist the broker in the preparation of quotes and proposals for new clients.
Process new policy applications and ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
Manage and track leads, ensuring that all potential clients are contacted, and their details are accurately recorded.

Support the Broker in meeting monthly sales targets by ensuring the timely processing of new business.
Monitor the progress of sales efforts and provide regular updates to the Broker.
Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products to new clients.Client Onboarding
Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
Ensure that new clients receive all relevant policy documents and understand the terms and conditions of their coverage.Compliance and Documentation
Ensure that all sales processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all new policies, applications, and communications with clients.
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation as required by the Broker.Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and manage the broker's calendar to ensure efficient use of time.
Prepare and organise documents for client meetings and presentations.
