Funeral Cover Campaign Specialist

Lead the funeral cover campaign to promote comprehensive funeral plans. Reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and provide information on the importance and benefits of funeral cover. Educate customers about available coverage options, payment plans, and benefits. Assist in the execution of campaign strategies, including online and offline marketing efforts. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that clients feel confident in their coverage decisions. Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for better reach and conversion.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferably in the insurance or financial sector). Ability to empathize and connect with people during sensitive conversations. Goal-oriented and motivated to meet targets. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
