Job Description
Insurance Sales Consultant
We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to grow our business insurance portfolio by building a book of short- and long-term insurance and investment products. This role involves prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management to secure new business.
Requirements:
Matric (National Senior Certificate)
Own reliable vehicle and valid Code B driver's license
3+ years of face-to-face external sales experience
Proven experience in lead generation and opening doors
If previously a FAIS representative: FAIS credits/insurance qualifications and RE5
Ability to work independently
Clear criminal record
Highly self-motivated
Key Skills:
Self-starter with strong business acumen
Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
Analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
Outbound sales or field experience is required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
