Insurance Broker - South AfricaFull job descriptionWe are prepared to offer the right candidate the hours that they require, no 9-5 here, if they require flexible working for whatever reason we are the people to accommodate it.They need to have at least 2 years experience and be well versed in the The Agency Manager from Applied Systems (TAM) system. They will have a busy lifestyle and want the flexibility to work 40 hours a week, or job share with someone else working 20 hours a week each. They need to have the Insurance Certificate. The more experience they have, the better. They dont have to have experience of working from home, but they can learn that from us.We are looking for a person who requires flexibility and their salary demands will be met if they are the right person for the role. This is a position for someone who wants flexibility but is also prepared to work hard. You have awesome problem-solving skills - all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we dont have a one size fits all approach.They will have experience of commercial insurance, they dont need experience of personal insurance, but it would be helpful. They dont need to be highly-qualified, they just need to be flexible, hard-working and motivated.The position is open to people of all ages and every applicant will be welcome.
