Pretoria/Centurion - GautengENVIRONMENT:A Pretoria-based Financial Services Provider, specializing in credit, debt, and financial management, is seeking an Insurance Claim Administrator. The ideal candidate will have Grade 12 and a RE5 certification, at least two years of experience in insurance claims and administration and be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Strong knowledge of underwriting principles is essential to manage claims effectively, assessing each on its unique merits while considering policy coverage and potential fraud.DUTIES:

  • New Business Onboarding.
  • Efficiently open and process all claims promptly.
  • Accurately administer and manage claims in a timely manner & policy continuity after claims.
  • Ensure prompt loading of claim payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all documents and processes are in line with compliance.
  • Annual policy reviews and renewals.
  • Customer service handling.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Internal compliance experience will be beneficial
  • Reporting to management
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Grade 12 and RE5 (not negotiable)
  • Minimum two years experience in insurance claims and administration
  • Fully bilingual Afrikaans and English)
