Kern doel van die pos:Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take, eise en onderskrywing navrae met betrekking tot versekering.Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • FAIS Akkreditasie (relevante kwalifikasie, RE5 & CoB). (RE5 is verpligtend of moet binne 6 maande suksesvol afgehandel wees);
  • Vorige ondervinding in 'n versekerings omgewing;
  • Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Sterk syfervaardighede;
  • Goeie organisasie vermoxc3xab;
  • Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
  • Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
  • Die vermoxc3xab om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf.
Verantwoordelikhede:
  • Diens en skakeling met Versekeraars en Klixc3xabnte;
  • Behulpsaam met hantering van onderskrywing en eise;
  • Behulpsaam wees met hantering van oesversekring;
  • Instandhouding van versekerings polisse;
  • Uitvoer van administratiewe pligte.
Core purpose of the post:Effective handling of all administrative tasks, claims and underwriting inquiries regarding insurance.Requirements:
  • Grade 12;
  • FAIS Accreditation (relevant qualification, RE5 & CoB). (RE5 is compulsory or must be completed successfully within 6 months);
  • Previous experience in an insurance environment;
  • Valid driving license.
Skills:
  • Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Strong numeracy skills;
  • Good organizational ability;
  • Must be able to function under pressure;
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Service and liaison with Insurers and Clients;
  • Assist with handling underwriting and claims;
  • Assist with handling of crop insurance;
  • Maintenance of insurance policies;
  • Execution of administrative duties.
