Job Description

Duties:

• Conduct calls to potential clients with the objective of generating quotes and converting to sales.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by effectively managing leads and following up on inquiries.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to effectively address questions and objections from clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
• Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• RE5 and FAIS qualifications are required.
• At least 18 months of proven experience as a sales agent.
• Proficient in Various languages including English and Afrikaans.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in objection handling and closing techniques.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
