to join our team in our George Offices and help us drive new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored insurance solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Manage complete and accurate policy administration and documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and providers. Deliver excellent service in line with

Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF)

principles. Conduct thorough risk assessments and policy requirement analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive business growth through networking, referrals, and proactive sales efforts.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Training:

Short-term Insurance qualification RE 5 Certification Product-Specific Training Class of Business - Commercial and Personal Lines CPD hours compliance in the current cycle

Experience:

Minimum of

8 years in the insurance industry

, with at least

5 years engaging with commercial, transport, and personal lines clients

Core Competencies:

Strong sales and marketing acumen Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Attention to detail with high-level administrative proficiency Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and providers Understanding of the broader insurance industry landscape Must have own reliable transportation for facilitate travel requirements.
