The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and managing Centers for Enablement (C4E) as a MuleSoft Certified Developer, leading technical teams, and managing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of microservice-based architecture and various integration technologies, including SOAP, REST, BAPI, IDOC, SFTP, MQ, Event Streaming, and both synchronous and asynchronous integration.What you will do:
Technical leadership and team management:

• Lead and mentor a team of Integration Developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

MuleSoft Anypoint platform management:

• Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Ensure the platform's reliability, scalability, and security.

Integration development:

• Develop and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft, leveraging APIs and microservices architecture.
• Utilize various integration technologies (SOAP, REST, BAPI, IDOC, SFTP, MQ, Event Streaming) to enable seamless data flow across systems.

Architecture and design:

• Design integration solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Advocate and implement best practices for API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.

Collaboration and communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and other engineers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure clear communication across teams.

Innovation and continuous improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and MuleSoft capabilities.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in integration engineering and development roles.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects.
• Solid understanding of microservice-based architecture and best practices.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer with experience in setting up and managing C4E.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform management and development.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, BAPI, IDOC, SFTP, MQ, and Event Streaming.
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
