Job Description


Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sustainable integration solutions for enterprise applications.
- Maintain integration architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Identify reusable assets and frameworks to accelerate integration implementations.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies in the integration space.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and project managers for successful project delivery.
- Lead workshops and forums related to integration architecture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration team.
- Support business case development, budgeting, and risk management within the integration domain.
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in integration patterns, technologies, and message formats.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong experience with API design, security, and governance.
- Knowledge of enterprise service buses, asynchronous messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Basic knowledge of Process Automation and RPA.
- Familiarity with Java, Microsoft technologies, and container platforms like Kubernetes.
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Deep understanding of security technologies such as OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, application security, and agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience

- Experience with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Oracle OIC, WSO2, and more.
- Proficient in XML, JSON, and related schemas.
- Experience with batch/file-based data integration (Flat Files, sFTP).
- Skilled in Java, Microsoft technologies, and database systems like SQL Server, MySQL.
- Experience with containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Background in Fintech, digital distribution, or financial services is advantageous.
