Dealership in Amanzimtoti is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor. Salary R14 000 - R18 000 negotiable depending on experience, Plus medical aid and pension fund and Company Vehicle Responsibilities: Welcoming customers upon arrival Opening and closing of Job cards Contacting customers to advise on progress Invoicing, Maintaining service excellence at all times Booking vehicles in and out, Liaising with customers General administration, Following up of cash outstanding Scheduling of workshop, Following up with Customers Maintaining CSI Phoning for authorization Requirements: Previous Service Advisor Experience Dealership Experience Clear criminal record & ITC & traceable References Computer literate Matric Please note that the above-mentioned experience is essential.
