Warehouse Controller - East Rand (Jet Park)
Company based in Jet Park (East Rand) is looking for a Warehouse Controller | Supervisor    
Salary R18000 CTC
 Duties would include:
Supervise the pulling of stock, if required, pull the stock
Supervise loading of delivery vehicles
Assist with the route scheduling for delivery vehicles in the most time efficient & cost efficient manner
Packing stock for courier
Monthly Stock Transfers from Head Office and filling in of waybills
Offloading and checking all transfer stock / supplier deliveries are received and correct
Reply to all emails
Inspect and Maintain all delivery vehicles with drivers – tyres / maintenance / servicing etc
Report any Damage to vans or any incident that occurred in the warehouse
Making sure all staff in the warehouse perform their duties
Making sure all stock is packed correctly and labelled with the correct code
Keep the warehouse neat and orderly
Help all customers that enter the warehouse
Make sure all Company Policies and Procedures are followed
Check delivery notes vs trip sheets when drivers return – hand all paperwork into admin office
Monthly stock orders and ensuring that stock levels are maintained
Quarterly stock take – this will be your responsibility to ensure that there is no stock losses.
Have meetings with internal and external sales staff to ensure that when an order is placed for a transfer that all expected orders are covered
