Hr | Ir Consultant – Hillcrest
Job Description
Company based in Hillcrest is urgently looking for a HR | IR Consultant.
Salary: R20 000-35 000 Neg per month, dependant on experience and skills
Working Hour: Monday – Thursday: 8:00-16:30 Friday: 8.00- 15:00.
Requirements:
• Must have 5 years HR | IR Experience
• Reliable Vehicle
Responsibilities:
• Priority – be able to chair disciplinary hearings and represent client at arbitrations at CCMA.
• Employment Equity – do analysis, plans and annual report submission, set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
• Skills Development -create and submit workplace skills plans and annual training reports, set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
• OHS – set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
• Recruitment
• General guidance on misconduct and performance related matters as well as BCEA and COIDA matters
• Ability to bring in new clients and handle Key Accounts.
