Restaurant Manager Umhlanga
Job Description
5* Hotel in Umhlanga is looking for a professional & Experienced Restaurant Manager with 2 years experience in the same or similar role in a 5 star establishment
Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 per month
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Previous stock control experience
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage
Must be a team leader and excellent with staff
Must have the ability to manage and lead a team
Attributes:
Must be well groomed, reliable, courteous and flexible
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Charismatic
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and to check customer’s satisfaction
Maintain a high standard personal service with all guests
o take personal responsibility for any guest situations, seeing the situation through to the solution
To ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded
Promoting and maximizing sales
