Spa | Wellness Centre Manager - KZN Midlands
Wellness and Spa Centre based in Midlands KZN is looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to manage the Centre. Must have international qualifications in Somatology with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Spa Management. Salary R20 000 negotiable
The candidate will be required to:
Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency
Manage a team of 15 staff members
Report to Head Office
Set and achieve targets
Maximize revenue opportunity and complete daily finance reporting
Complete and submit reports in a timely manner
Innovate new protocols and packages
Work closely with hotel management
Liaise with high-profile guests
Assist in the marketing of the spa
Requirements:
Experience in large operations
Leadership qualities
Therapist mentoring experience
Sound communication skills
Training experience and expertise
High standards of personal presentation
Proactivity and problem-solving skills
Sound organisational skills
International qualifications in Somatology
The position can be live out or live in - Must have own trasport
