Commis Chef Limpopo (live In)
Job Description
*5 Hotel Game Lodge & Spa based Limpopo 100km from Lephalale is looking for an experienced Commis Chef. Salary is market related and negotiable depending on experience
The candidate will be required to:
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
Assisting other Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotationCleaning stations
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Commis Chef position in the kitchen
Hotel Industry Experience
Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace
Must have Grade 12
Team player qualities
Clear criminal & ITC record, with traceable references
Must be able to live-in
