Accounts | Admin Assistant -PE
Area - Port Elizabeth
Salary - R10 000 - R12 000 negotiable depending on experience
Company based in Port Elizabeth is currently seeking an experienced account | Admin Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Accounting assistants support the accounting department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties. Accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition, help with collections, billing and journal entries, performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed
Making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
Debtors and Creditors
Requirements:
Must have accounts assistant experience
Debtors & Creditors
Invoicing experience
Must have at least 2 contactable references
