Motor Dealership Costing Clerk - Pretoria
A Franchise dealership in Pretoria is looking for an experienced Costing Clerk. Must have previous motor dealership Costing experience.
Salary is market related depending on experience, medical aid & pension fund.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing / costing of job cards
Opening/closing of job cards
Maintaining accurate Filing systerm
Liaising with customers in regards to claims
Weekly/monthly reports
Receiving claims
Inspecting, checking, verifying and issuing order numbers,
Assisting with aftersales, cost related queries
Authorizations from plans
Authorizations from fleet company’s
Warranty claims
Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
Requirements:
Costing Clerk experience within a Franchise Dealership (Automotive Industry)
Experience on BSI, Autoline or Kerridge
Attention to detail and strong admin
