The role requires a hands-on approach to all allocated projects and briefs, demanding a keen eye for design, styling ability, and the capability to work under tight timelines.DescriptionMain Functions- Administer and maintain interior and design manuals and guidelines.
- Source new suppliers and products, maintaining detailed product and supplier information.
- Build relationships with current suppliers, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
- Provide physical and administrative support for interior/styling briefs and projects.
- Create detailed hand-backs, handovers, and related documentation.
- Conceptualize and draft plans and mood boards, implementing them as needed.
- Ensure all dxc3xa9cor/interior changes are communicated to relevant parties and marketing channels.
- Brief all relevant parties/suppliers on requirements and ensure deadlines and aesthetic standards are met.Aesthetic Duties
- Evaluate and enhance the sensory experiences of properties, implementing changes as needed.
- Regularly visit properties, making and following up on suggestions for improvements.
- Assist senior management with interior briefs from inception to execution and handover.
- Oversee and traffic manage all dxc3xa9cor/styling-related briefs, ensuring annual interior maintenance programs are facilitated.
- Liaise with designers and suppliers to meet project deadlines.Office Management
