This position is responsible for providing a premium service to all Grand Living With Beck Ernst clients. You will be required to use excellent communication, interpersonal and networking competencies to grow sales and build the GLBE brand.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Drive excellent customer service, engagement and communication
Identify the customers' needs and ensure they are met with efficiency and professionalism
Act as the single point of contact and support system for the customer
Ensure you become adept at understanding all products
Ensure that the customer understands the product and care instructions
Uphold the brand image and ensure that all items are priced and displayed correctly
Operational Management
Ensure that processes detailed below are executed efficiently
Sales orders
Deliveries
Account management
Stock take
Studio referral
Minimum of 5 years' work experience
Previous experience in consumer-centric, home furnishing, environment
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
Comfortable with learning new tech systems, including POS and stock management systems
Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
Passionate about decor, furniture and design
Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential

You'll need excellent communication, interpersonal and networking competencies to drive customer satisfaction. As an agent of the Beck/Ernst brand you will be required to fulfil excellent business processes at all times.
