Intermediate Fullstack Software Engineer
Job Description
Calling all fullstack software engineers: Are you looking for a new challenge as a software engineer?An established retail software developer is looking for a fullstack software engineer to join their team. The potential candidate needs to be skilled in both front-end and back-end coding for smooth user experiences and strong system functions; and will need to follow coding standards (OOP) to ensure easier maintenance and growth. Regular code reviews and effective debugging will be necessary to improve code quality, using test-driven development to ensure reliability.Job Competencies and Skills:
Proficient in key programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and C# .NET Core.
Skilled in web technologies including JavaScript and RESTful API development, and familiar with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS and AngularJS.
Experienced in Docker containerization (CI/CD).
Experienced in database design and development across various platforms including MSSQL, MySQL, and Postgres, as well as handling JSON and XML data formats.
Capable in implementing unit and integration testing frameworks.
Hybrid role in the beautiful Western Cape Province.Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
An IT Diploma/Degree is advantageous.
