Are you an experienced PHP Developer who is ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development and maintenance of internal administration systems? Our client is seeking an Intermediate PHP Developer to play a crucial role in their organization.Job Responsibilities:
In addition to daily coding activities, you will:

• Provide technical leadership to junior team members
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration
• Collaborate with other development team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor and implement changes in Support Tickets
• Execute Daily Automated Client Data Import Jobs
• Attend scheduled meetings
• Provide support to the Development Manager, Senior Team Lead, and External Clients
• Offer general support to fellow co-workers

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Information Technology
• Clear criminal and ITC record
• 5-6 years of working experience
• Proficiency in PHP, OOP, MVC, MS-SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, XHTML, AJAX, C#
• Knowledge/Experience in MySQL, PostGres, GIT
• Experience in Laravel, .NET, or Yii frameworks (advantageous)
• Experience in Python (advantageous)
• Experience in using debugging software (advantageous)

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of software development languages
• Expert knowledge of software design methods and techniques
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Front-end development expertise, including jQuery
• Understanding of Ajax
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery
