We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic

Intermediate Product Manager

to drive the strategy, development, and execution of digital products within Kazang. This role is perfect for a professional with substantial experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise environments, particularly in fintech.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

business process modelling (BPMN)

,

mobile device management (MDM)

,

fleet management tools

, and operational optimization to streamline business workflows. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are scalable, efficient, and customer-centric while driving innovation in payment solutions and automation.


While this position does not involve mentoring teams, it requires robust stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to improving operational efficiency, enabling the business to scale and adapt to market demands.



Key Responsibilities





Product Strategy & Roadmap



Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives, leveraging market research and trend analysis. Integrate customer and operational insights to prioritize device strategies, fleet management, and scalable product solutions. Define KPIs and success metrics for both product performance and operational efficiency.

Product Development & Execution



Oversee the end-to-end product and software development lifecycle (PDLC and SDLC) using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver operational tools, including device management systems, fleet monitoring solutions, and enhanced reporting capabilities. Drive process automation and workflow optimization to reduce operational overhead and improve scalability. Build and scale systems for asset tracking, inventory management, and mobile device deployments to support a diverse product fleet. Lead initiatives for device onboarding, remote monitoring, and diagnostics using MDM software to ensure uptime and reliability. Partner with operational teams to define and optimize processes for deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of devices and tools.

Commercial & Business Impact



Develop and implement business models and pricing strategies that align with payment acceptance, VAS solutions, and fleet management capabilities. Manage vendor relationships and oversee API integrations with payment schemes, MDM providers, and operational tools. Identify opportunities to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operating costs through strategic technology solutions. Collaborate with finance teams to develop business cases and budget forecasts for operational tools and hardware investments.

Customer-Centric Innovation



Champion the customer voice, ensuring operational tools and device strategies directly improve user experiences. Continuously enhance customer-facing mobile applications by leveraging analytics and fleet data for insights into performance and usability. Partner with support teams to integrate remote device troubleshooting and self-service solutions for end-users. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate operational improvements and device innovations.

Operations & Fleet Management



Design and implement strategies for managing a large fleet of payment devices, ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and retrieval processes. Utilize MDM platforms for provisioning, updating, and monitoring device fleets across regions and customer segments. Establish robust inventory and asset tracking systems, reducing loss rates and optimizing device allocation. Define policies for lifecycle management, including repairs, warranty tracking, and upgrades to newer device models. Leverage fleet management tools for real-time tracking, performance monitoring, and predictive maintenance of devices.

Process & Operational Excellence



Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency by automating manual workflows and introducing scalable solutions for high-volume deployments. Design business process mapping and annotations to optimize operational workflows. Lead the selection and implementation of tools that enhance cross-department collaboration and data sharing. Establish best practices for compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks to ensure operational stability. Collaborate with teams to streamline onboarding for new tools and ensure robust training for operational staff.

Stakeholder Engagement



Act as a bridge between operations, technology, and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on priorities. Manage relationships with vendors, external partners, and third-party providers for device procurement, fleet management, and tool integrations. Work closely with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with broader business objectives.

Preferred Skills & Experience



5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on fintech, payments, or operational tools. Demonstrated expertise in mobile device management (MDM) systems such as VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or SOTI. Proven experience with fleet management tools for large-scale hardware or IoT deployments. Strong background in B2B and B2C product environments, with a focus on device management, payment orchestration, and workflow optimization. Hands-on experience implementing inventory management systems, asset tracking solutions, and real-time monitoring platforms. Familiarity with API integrations, data mapping, and building scalable, connected systems. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in fintech and payments, including security and data privacy standards. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data pipelines, business analytics, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Advanced knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and operational efficiency frameworks.

Mobile Device Management (MDM): VMware Workspace ONE, SOTI, Microsoft Intune. Fleet Management Tools: Geotab, Samsara, Fleetio, or similar platforms. Device Tracking & Asset Management: Asset Panda, Spiceworks, or in-house solutions.

Process & Automation Tools



Workflow Automation: Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripts. Business Process Mapping: Miro, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio. Collaboration Tools: Slack, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.

Analytics & Reporting Tools



Analytics: BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI. Data Mapping: Talend, Alteryx, or SQL-based solutions.

Operational Tools



ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics. Inventory Management: Zoho Inventory, Cin7, Fishbowl. * CRM Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
