Position Overview: We are seeking an Intermediate Test Analyst with experience in Java-based applications, ideally within the banking domain. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the bank's modernized software systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Java-based applications.
• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide testing estimates.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Participate in the development and execution of automated test scripts.
• Ensure that software applications meet the established quality standards and customer requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the testing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with a focus on Java-based applications.
• Experience in the banking domain is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
