Role Purpose


The

Project Management Coordinator Intern

will provide administrative and coordination support to facilities-related projects throughout their lifecycle. The role ensures that projects are well-organized, progress is tracked, and all deliverables align with business objectives.



Requirements



Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
Qualification in Project Management or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience (advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)




Duties & Responsibilities



Assist in defining project scope in collaboration with the project manager, team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, ensuring efficient communication and stakeholder engagement.
Take and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and payment requisitions for project-related expenses.
Monitor project timelines, resource schedules, and expenditures to ensure projects remain on track.
Support the coordination of facilities-related project events and functions within budget and business requirements.
