Role PurposeThe Project Management Coordinator Intern will provide administrative and coordination support to facilities-related projects throughout their lifecycle. The role ensures that projects are well-organized, progress is tracked, and all deliverables align with business objectives.
Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
  • Qualification in Project Management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining project scope in collaboration with the project manager, team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, ensuring efficient communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Assist in budget tracking, procurement, and payment requisitions for project-related expenses.
  • Monitor project timelines, resource schedules, and expenditures to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Support the coordination of facilities-related project events and functions within budget and business requirements.
