Intern Business Administrator (fleet)

Job Description
Job Summary The criteria is as follows:-
- Candidates must have completed a 3 year tertiary qualification in Business Administration (i.e. Bachelor of Business Administration, Diploma in Business Administration etc.)
- Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet
- Clear credit (ITC) and no criminal record;
- Candidates must currently be unemployed;
- Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program;
- Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) - relocation is NOT an option;
- Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2023;
- Candidates must be a South African Citizen;
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Possess excellent command of the English language
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
- Analysing fuel usage vs kilometres covered by fleet users
- Check that kilometres and fuel claimed by users can be validated
- Prepare reports on fleet activity
- Data capturing
