Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with compilation of Digi week Liaise with agency Assist with conceptualising digital campaigns and concepts Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and online) Assist in facilitating influencer sourcing and briefs Prepare campaign presentations Assist with Community management team to fast track to Operational team Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Help organize marketing events Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns Performing market analysis and research on competition and digital landscape Supporting the Digital Marketing Lead in daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus Strong interest in retail, fashion, and design trends Knowledge of META and Google analytics is a plus Knowledge of Influencer and Content Marketing Creative portfolio or samples demonstrating digital skills and projects (school projects or personal work) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
