Duties and Responsibilities
Key Performance Areas
Applications Support:
Assist with 1st line support and 2nd line support relating to Applications and IT operations
Assist in the day-to-day queries of staff on systems and databases
Identify and resolve technical problems
Assist with disaster recovery runs supporting Applications
Assist with Applications report
Set up applications as per requirements and processes on need basis
Provide assistance to manage Service Level Agreements with suppliers and ensure deliverable are satisfactory relating to applications.
Provide support to Agent companies relating to Policy Holder Data system, CWP and Claims Managements Systems (CMS)
Perform ad hoc tasks:
* Perform any reasonable ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Line Manager and Service level Manager.
