Job Description


The criteria is as follows:-

  • Candidates must have completed a 3 year tertiary qualification - BCOM HR/NDIP HR Management
  • Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, internet
  • No criminal record;
  • Candidates must currently be unemployed;
  • Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program;
  • Candidates must live in Gauteng (preferably in the Midrand area) - relocation is NOT an option;
  • Candidates must be under the age of 35 as at 1 July 2024;
  • Candidates must be a South African Citizen - African, Coloured and Indian;
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Recruitment - placing adverts, screening candidates, interviewing candidates
  • Hiring staff
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with appointing staff
  • Enforcing company policies and practices
  • Assist with disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with updating policies
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:-
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess excellent command of the English language
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
