Overview of role but not limited to:
Site Implementation and Management
Assist account managers in conducting pre- and post-installation site visits, completing the necessary forms, and reporting back. Assess site access and general site conditions. Conducting site visits during installations to ensure all implementations are running smoothly and all sites are kept in a neat and orderly manner Supervising offloading, supplier coordination on-site, and goods received Assisting account managers with snag meetings and the managing and implementation of the full snagging process and reporting thereof. Preparing snags reports for account managers to approve and communicate to clients The on and off-site management of all installation teams, both internal and subcontracted. Managing timesheets in terms of checking, communicating with an account manager, and then scanning to the folders. Managing supplier & internal delivery notes and scanning to folders Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and implemented on-site for both internal and sub-contracted teams Arranging coordinating and preparing the necessary health and safety files (with the assistance of the health and safety officer)
Stock Receipt, Issuing, and Management thereof.
Manage and report on the complete goods receiving process from the sub-contracted warehouse facility (component hardware and finished product, including, quality control, quantity checking, and storing. Pulling and issuing of hardware pack (with the assistance of Sales and Finance Administration ( Allocating and reporting all components, hardware, and finished products to a specific project so the necessary cost may be allocated correctly -- Manage and report on the stock issuing process from a subcontracted warehouse facility. Manage and report on the issuing, contract, and collection of all loan furniture, both owned and contracted out
General internal administration support
Prepare sample chair labels. Assist account managers with preparing furniture quotations. Assist in conducting site audit reports and drafting of reports.
Assist in preparing delivery notes on sample chairs and overflow of deliveries
