Job Description


Title InternKey Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services.
  • Help maintain vendor relationships and communicate with suppliers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Assist in analyzing procurement data and reporting on key metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Assist with issue of coffee tags, Stationery and refreshments
  • Assist with creating stock codes
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management/ related qualification.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn about procurement practices.
