Title InternKey Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
Help monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Participate in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Support IT team in conducting routine hardware and software assessments.
Assist with documentation of network configurations, procedures, and inventories.
Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in networking and hardware.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge with network monitoring tools or software is a plus.

Education National Diploma: Computer and Information Science (Required)Languages
