Job Summary Main Duties include: Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and providing information about available properties Property research, Marketing and Client Marketing Support. Document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining client databases. Accompany senior agents on property inspections and assist in assessing property condition and features. Shadow experienced agents during client meetings, negotiations, and transactions to gain insight into effective sales strategies and client management techniques Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions and transactions
