As a Contract Renewals Intern, you will work closely with the Renewals and Customer Success teams, supporting all aspects of the contract renewal process for our medium business segment. Your role will focus on ensuring customer retention and helping meet or exceed renewal revenue targets. You'll assist in managing digital communications with customers and Sage Business Partners, while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and strategic account management.What will the programme look like?As a Contract Renewals Intern, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers during their contract renewal cycle. You will help ensure a smooth and professional renewal experience, working to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You'll support internal teams with data validation, system updates, and communications planning, while also identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with business stakeholders.
