Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create captivating content for our social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Work closely with the team to understand recruitment needs and contribute to targeted campaigns.
  • Learn to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and recruitment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have a 3-year degree or diploma in HR or related qualification
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Currently unemployed
Skills:
  • Diploma or tertiary studies in Digital marketing, communications, PR or similar.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Excellent social listening skills.
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Up to date with key trends & industry news.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Deadline driven / time management.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Innovative and Organised.
  • Resilient and courageous.
  • Self-managed and Takes the initiative.
  • Curious / enquiring mind.
