Job Summary Job & Company Description:
The main responsibility will be to develop and execute internal audit strategies and policies to maintain sound governance. You will provide objective assurance and consulting services to Board and Management, and improve governance and operational efficiency, whilst reducing risk.Duties Include:

  • Audit Strategy and Planning
  • Risk-based Internal Audit
  • Consulting and Advisory Services (Quality Assurance)
  • Audit Assurance
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance
  • Stakeholder Management
Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in Internal Audit, Financial Management or Accounting
  • CIA certification preferred
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • 6 to 8 years' in an Internal Audit role required
  • Consulting and Advisory experience required
  • Medical Insurance / healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Financial and corporate governance knowledge
  • Strong understanding of financial business processes
  • Knowledge of risk management
  • Knack for numbers and analytically minded
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
