Do you love using your energy over the phone liaising with clients on various criteria?If you are interested in Forex Trading, have experience in customer internal sales business this is an excellent opportunity for a vibrant young person to join this interactive go-getter team!This position involves generating new referral business through the existing client base, cross selling existing products and maintaining the active base by regenerating past trading clients.POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric or equivalent - relevant qualification advantageous
• Previous sales experience (preferably with a call centre)
• Excellent communication skills
• FAIS RE5 (advantageous)
• Track record of meeting sales targets

DUTIES

• Extensive client liaison calls
• Generate new referral business.
• Cross-sell existing products to current clients.
• Maintain the active base by regenerating past trading clients and setting trade opportunities for the Dealers.
• Understand the companys value proposition and offerings.
• Making sure all client account records are up to date.
• Communication via email and telephonically.
• Understanding and using of the CRM system.
• An interest in economics, global and local events that will affect markets.
• Communication within departments.
• Assisting Account Management team with admin duties.
