- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid Drivers license and own vehicle.
- Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Good time management skills.
- Be able to function well under high pressure.
- Task/ Goal Driven.
- Professional working proficiency of the English Language.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication etiquette and client relationship skills.
- Problem solver.
- Use your own initiative.
- Work well in a team.
- Have knowledge of Wildlife and the Hunting Industry.
- Customer service experience.
- Bilingual - Professional working proficiency of the Afrikaans language.
- Upholding a high correspondence standard with local and international clients both on email and telephonically.
- Follow Standard operation procedures.
- Compile quotations and Invoices.
- Logging and updating information on demand.
- Discuss and assist clients with orders particulars.
- General Administrative functions.
- Client file organisation and maintenance.
- Promoting and scheduling of orders.
- Requesting funds and converting pending orders for production.
- Compiling Job Cards.
