The Successful ApplicantA successful Internal Communications Manager should have:
Come from a listed organization or multinational conglomerate
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within the retail industry
Proficiency in content creation and digital communication platforms
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of staff
Must be based in KwaZulu-Natal
