At least 3 years experience as an internal or external sales rep, from a stainless-steel trading background.
Proven track record of success in internal or external sales, with a deep understanding of round bar, stainless-steel grades, finishes, and applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate win-win agreements.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and manage your sales territory effectively, while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the stainless-steel industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of stainless-steel products and applications.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products.
Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, guiding them in selecting the right stainless-steel solutions for their projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
