Will need to develop a strategy to guide the entire investigation, conduct fact finding interviews, collect and analyse evidence, assist in taking action against perpetrators and find solutions.

The Internal InvestigatorRequired to perform internal investigations within the Motus Group and their business units. Will need to develop a strategy to guide the entire investigation, conduct fact finding interviews, collect and analyse evidence, assist in taking action against perpetrators and find solutions

Specific Role Responsibilities



This role includes gathering evidence, executing interviews, and using critical thinking to piece together a coherent narrative or find solutions and take action. Conducting investigations: Collecting, gathering, preserving and analysing evidence relevant to the investigation. Interviewing: Speaking with suspects and witnesses. Analysing data: Reviewing evidence and analysing data. Documenting incidents: Need to document incidents and produce accurate incident reports. Writing reports: Need to draft investigation reports with recommendations. Collaborating: Working with law enforcement and others to solve cases. Advising stakeholders: May need to advise stakeholders on the investigation process and outcome. Assisting with arrests: Help to draft subpoenas and make arrests. Will need to travel from time to time. Must be able to chair a hearing. Must be able to investigate accidents and determine liability. Must be able to prepare police/court dossier.

Qualifications and Experience



At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) Must have investigative experience. Must have court experience. Must have HR knowledge/experience. Must have knowledge of Labour Law. Must have knowledge of criminal producer law. Must have knowledge of national traffic act. Must have knowledge of CCTV cameras. Must have knowledge of Alarm systems
