Job Summary Key Responsibilities:Full 360 recruitment for Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, and Brisbane, Australia including:

  • Navigating job portals
  • Writing and uploading job ads
  • Managing internal database (Placement Partner)
  • Sourcing for CVs
  • Screening CVs
  • Screening calls with candidates
  • Zoom interviews with candidates
  • Organizing interviews for candidates with top management via MS Outlook
  • Reference checks
  • Organizing biometric background checks
  • Organizing payroll and bank details to be submitted to payroll
  • Liaising with top management and HR regarding new/urgent job specs
  • General administration KPI management
  • Staying abreast of market and industry trends, incorporating innovative approaches to recruitment strategies
Requirements:
  • Confidence in interpersonal interactions
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with administration
  • Good time management skills
  • Adjusts to new/challenging situations with ease
  • Proficient use of MS Office and Windows
  • Tenacious and goal-oriented personality
  • An agency background is advantageous
