The company predominantly supplies pumps, accessories, and cordless power tools to the mining and construction industry. As an integral member of the team, you will play a crucial role in advancing comprehensive product range across diverse market sectors. This position is geared towards offering extensive support to both external sales team and their valued clientele. Key responsibilities include: Duties & Responsibilities Cultivating and fortifying existing relationships with key clients. Handling tendering, quoting, and proficiently processing orders. Responsively addressing customer inquiries regarding deliveries. Offering technical expertise to customers, aiding in the early selection of suitable pumps/equipment and designs. Actively scouting for new project opportunities. Diligently following up on pending projects and quotes. Engaging in various assigned tasks. Collaborating harmoniously within the team to attain branch and company-wide objectives. Desired Experience & Qualification To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities: Prior experience within the pumping, mining or engineered products industry is essential. Familiarity with Sage Evolution software is highly desirable. Proficiency in tender/quotation preparation and submission. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously. Strong work ethic coupled with a comprehension of corporate standards.
