Job Description


Client is looking for a very young, vibrant and outgoing candidate who would be willing to learn various products in order to sell to clients.:

  • The main role of this candidate will be to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. Ideally, this candidate will become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years Sales hunting experience
  • 2-5 years External Sales/ Key Accounts experience
  • Passion around meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills
  • Experience with Telecommunications or Technical sales
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workload
  • A pro-active approach
  • Strong systems skills (Must be fully computer literate)
  • Commitment to further professional and personal development
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of both the Sales team and organizational objectives
  • Personable and confident
  • Demonstrates integrity and remains calm in challenging situations
  • Relevant experience in a client service/account management role
  • Enterprise Product Knowledge
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to identify key trends, uncover customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to find and close sales opportunities.
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers. Use resources to design and propose customized solutions to meet their unique business needs
  • Develop responses for Request for Proposals as well as observe and participate in presenting products and services that can benefit customer's needs
  • Ensure delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfilment to foster relationships and networks with customers.

  • Must be aware of market trends that will have an impact on the client and their offerings to customers
Remuneration Package:
  • Salary Structure - Total cost to company.
  • Market Related - depending on qualifications and experience.
  • R20K Per Month plus Incentives/ Commission
