Join this team as an Internal Sales Consultant at their vibrant outdoor leisure company, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the external sales team and providing top-notch service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with external sales consultants to drive sales and meet customer needs effectively.Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.Prepare and generate quotes for products and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.Manage invoicing processes efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions and financial operations.Maintain meticulous oversight of stock levels and inventory management for optimal stock-on-hand control.Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.Additional Responsibilities:

  • Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.Uphold company policies and standards while embodying a customer-centric approach in all interactions.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field .Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
