Location: Midrand, Johannesburg | Salary: R13K - R15K + Commission | Type: PermanentA national wholesaler in the telecommunications industry seeks an Internal Sales Consultant to assist customers, process orders, and maintain client relationships.Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Sales experience or telecom knowledge
- MS Office & Pastel proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Advise customers via phone & email
- Process orders & create quotes in Pastel
- Assist walk-in customers & handle queries
- Maintain client relationships & resolve complaints
- Arrange couriers & support inventory forecasting
